NYPA & More Dirty Tricks

In a Toronto Star newspaper article published July 24, 2010 it was revealed that the New York Power Authority actually invited Canadian wind developer Trillium Wind Power - to submit a bid on the USA Lake Ontario/Erie GLOW project in NYS we are currently fighting. Here is part of what was penned in the Star:

Vestas is watching the market closely. It already has a partnership with Trillium....

Ohio, like Ontario, has a vision of becoming a hub of manufacturing for an emerging offshore wind market over the next decade. New York has the same goal. Its state power authority wants to build up to 500 megawatts of offshore wind projects in Lake Ontario or Lake Erie over the next few years.

In December, New York put out a call for proposals and received five applications from developers. Winning bidders are expected to be chosen by early 2011. Trillium was asked to bid but declined.

The article also points out that Trillium has a partnership with Danish turbine manufacturer Vestas. So here we have the ugly truth about disgusting NYPA actually inviting a foreign company to bid on the GLOW project knowing that the foreign bidder, Trillium, would never use anything but Danish made Vestas turbines. Trillium declined to bid on the GLOW project in NYS for reasons not published – maybe they know NYPA and Richie too well? This makes Richie “JUDAS” Kessel and NYPA nothing more than a bait & switch operator trying to pander NYS municipalities into thinking that USA made turbines with 8,000 parts each will be manufactured here in NYS when they’re actually romancing the foreign developers with their European turbine manufacturing connections. Can you see the NYPA betrayal of NYS here? Ive said it before - how the hell could anyone trust NYPA and Kessel? These disgusting two-timers should be run out of NYS.
